This is an interview I did with former NFL professional football player Chad Lewis.  Chad Lewis walked onto the BYU football team and played tight end for 4 years. He then went on to play for the Philadelphia Eagles and St. Louis Rams. In 2009 he wrote a book called Surround Yourself with Greatness.  He is now the Associate Athletic Director at BYU.

We discuss the following in Part I:

• No guarantees of success and fighting for your dreams
• Giving your goals everything you have and “empty your bucket”
• Good, better, best – surround yourself with the best
• The foundation and application of his book, Surround Yourself with Greatness

We discuss the following in part II:

• Fear is the little death that obliterates
• Courage is not lack of fear but the triumph over fear
• Why athletes and small business owners need coaches and mentors
